Black Eyed Susan Sheep Dairy
Black-Eyed Susan Sheep Dairy is New Hampshire’s newest sheep dairy. Located in the small town of Mont Vernon, they have over fifty milking ewes producing gallons of milk to make into delicious cheeses, yogurt, and ice cream. The dairy makes several types of fresh cheese including Feta, Brebis, and Ricotta and several aged cheeses, principally Manchego, Ossau-Iraty, Tomme, and Asiago. The sheep have access to more than thirty acres of pasture and more acres of woodland for shade, and the farm follows organic practices but is not certified. They are open for tours and invite people to meet the sheep and see how they create the food to sell locally and at farmers’ markets. They will be offering their cheeses, as well as duck eggs, goose eggs and lamb.
Boston Smoked Fish Co.
The Boston Smoked Fish Company produces the highest quality smoked fish available using sustainably harvested fish, locally sourced ingredients, and all natural preparation. They hand select the freshest fish daily from the docks in Boston, expertly match it with fresh herbs and spices, and gently smoke it in small batches over specific varieties of North American hardwoods. They believe it is important for people to know what they eat, and that is why they use locally-sourced ingredients from the communities in which we work and live.

Bread Obsession
Bread Obsession is a women-owned and operated artisan bread company. They make the best baguettes around, as well as classic European-style ryes, bagels, and naturally leavened crusty sourdoughs. Bread Obsession is deeply committed to crafting bread that will not only fulfill the need for this daily staple but will also bring pleasure and satisfaction. Bread Obsession makes nutritious, beautiful, delicious breads by hand, one loaf at a time.
Busa Farm
Fran and his family have farmed for more than 100 years. A local family-owned farm, over generations the Busa family has expanded and diversified the produce they grow. Busa Farm grows high-quality fruits, vegetables and cut flowers in fields in Lexington, Littleton, Sterling, Harvard and South Chelmsford. In 2022, they added three greenhouses in South Chelmsford, including a hydroponic greenhouse growing specialty herbs and greens!
Captain Marden’s Seafood
Captain Marden’s is a fourth-generation family owned seafood company. Starting out as a small fish market in West Newton in 1945, they have grown to be a seafood distributor in MA, a fish market and restaurant in Wellesley, and a food truck as well! At the LFM, Captain Marden’s will be featuring a broad selection of prepared foods including soups, chowders, dinners and pates, along with shellfish and more!

To pre-order and prepay, visit www.captainmardens.com, create an account (no fee), and see all the offerings. After you select your items, continue to the checkout page and enter “pick up at the Lexington Farmers’ Market” in the box marked Instructions. While you will be required to enter a pickup time, your order will be ready during market hours.
If you prefer to place your order over the phone, visit www.captainmardens.com to see what is currently available at the fish market. Call the store at 781-235-0860 by 5pm on Monday and place your order for pickup at the LFM on Tuesday. You can either pay over the phone or pay at the market when you pick up your order.
Copicut Farms
Copicut Farms is a family-owned, 65-acre livestock farm located in Dartmouth, Mass. They provide the community with pasture-raised poultry, pork, lamb, and eggs while treating their animals and the environment with the utmost respect and care. All of their animals are raised outdoors, and have constant access to chemical-free pastures where they are free to forage for grass, legumes, and insects throughout all but the harshest winter months. In addition, they operate their own state-licensed on-farm poultry slaughtering facility. This allows them to maintain an extremely high level of food safety and ensure that their animals are treated in the most humane manner possible throughout all stages of their lives.

Del Sur
Del Sur caters Argentine-style empanadas made with passion and using all natural ingredients. Meaning “From the South” in Spanish, Del Sur brings their recipes from the southern part of this continent. Available frozen to bake at home, enjoy a variety of different flavors and dips to delight your guests for a quick, easy meal. It’s always a hit!

Del’s Coffee Roasters
Del’s Coffee Roasters offers certified fair trade organic, specialty grade coffee, with beans roasted in Waltham, MA. Farmer Dave’s
Farmer Dave’s is a diversified farm north of Boston that responsibly grows a myriad of vegetables and fruits. Along with a CSA offering, Farmer Dave’s operates farm stands in Dracut, Tewksbury and Westford and participates in many local farmers’ markets. At the home farm in Dracut, Farmer Dave’s has an ever-expanding pick your own program as well as school tours to introduce multiple generations to farming in New England. Farmer Dave’s mission is growing healthy food, building strong community and creating lifelong traditions.
After returning from the Peace Corps in 1997, Dave began farming in the Merrimack Valley while continuing to teach and consult farmers in the Republic of Georgia, Ethiopia and Tajikistan. Farmer Dave has worked with many farmers across the globe with the purpose of teaching how to improve soil and crop health as well as irrigation methods.
Customers can call 978-349-1952 between 9 am and 6 pm by Sunday to place preorders for Tuesday pickup at the market.
Liberty Fish / Boston Sword & Tuna
Liberty Fish is a woman-owned business bringing fresh seafood from Boston Sword & Tuna to the Lexington Farmers’ Market. Boston Sword and Tuna is a fifth generation family-run seafood business whose mission is to provide the best seafood and shellfish to its customers. Knowing which boats to buy from, which boats to not buy from, and establishing long-lasting relationships enables BST to consistently source the best quality products on the market, both locally and around the world.

Payments will be made at the market upon pickup. Please indicate in email if you would like to join her weekly Sunday newsletter sharing fish she will have available for that week.

Mei Mei
Farm focused and woman-owned, Mei Mei’s unconventional dumpling combinations showcase their love for great New England ingredients along with a pursuit of what tastes delicious. They use pasture-raised meat that is sourced from the Northeast and work with small, independent family farms; as a result, they are able to source 70% of their produce from the Northeast across the year.

Rascal Relish
Rascal Relish features freshly picked produce transformed into delicious and all-purpose condiments, including Spiced Tomato Spread, Smoky Spiced Tomato Spread, BBQ Pickled Relish and Pickled Carrots. All of Rascal Relish’s products are as sustainable and low-waste as possible, using fruits directly from farmers that don’t meet the aesthetic or structural standards to be sold at full price to consumers or restaurants. All produce is harvested the same day or the day before jamming, a win-win for farmers and Rascal Relish’s customers!

River Rock Farm
River Rock Farm raises beef cattle on pasture with room to roam freely, where they graze on fresh grass with free access to hay in the winter. The animals are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics and have access to fresh water pumped from the well through an underground plumbing system. River Rock finishes their animals on a limited amount of GMO-free corn which cattle are able to eat as they choose, while still kept in pasture and provided grass as the bulk of their diet. All of their cuts are dry-aged for approximately thirty days for unparalleled flavor and tenderness. This creates the best tasting, well-marbled beef possible. Following the wisdom of Temple Grandin, River Rock cattle are given the most humane treatment and a happy, healthy life. Make sure to check out their bone broth, a nutritious broth carefully created from their farm animals.

Stillman’s Farm
Stillman’s Farm is a family-owned and operated farm, conscientiously growing for over 30 years. Stillman’s provides local grown fruits and veggies from their hundreds of acres located in New Braintree, everything from apples to zucchini and more. Stillman’s offers a 16 week CSA program with weekly shares from mid June through mid October.
Preorder Information: $30 Grab and Go Produce Bag which includes a seasonal produce bag + $10 of prepaid produce of your choice added to your bag at the market. The seasonal bag will include a lovely assortment of produce grown at Stillman’s Farm, New Braintree, MA. Sueños Chocolates
Sueños Artisanal Chocolates is a direct importer of organic, shade-grown cacao from the Nueva Esperanza Organic Farmers Cooperative in Puerto Quito, Ecuador. They use Nueva Esperanza Cacao to make small-batch vegan dark chocolate bars with a variety of dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Nueva Esperanza farms are committed to growing only Ecuador’s finest ‘Nacional’ variety heirloom cacao trees, which are world-renowned for their exceptional aromas and flavors, and lack of bitterness.

Tex Mex Eats uses locally sourced products when possible to bring you the freshest bites of the season. They are committed to local and quality ingredients that complement their Mexican spices, bringing Massachusetts ingredients to life in the style of Texas in a big way. Tex Mex Eats will have tamales (fresh and frozen), red and green sauces, and cooked chili beans. It’s Texachusetts cuisine – Texas flavors, with as many local ingredients as possible! Tamales are all gluten free with vegetarian options.
